Luckily mine didn't start until after we lost my Mom. Has it been reported at all? I'm sorry! I know how hard to deal with, and scary it can be.

A song that really got me though (Though I'm not christian) is the song "Ask me" by Amy Grant. It was a great reminder that someday it'd be over, and now as an adult, is a great comfort, that I'm moving past the pain, and trauma. I don't necessarily believe in God personally, but I do believe in higher power, that helps run things.

I've found taking strength in whatever you can be strong in, is the best way of getting through those times, you don't think you can make it through.
